FULL PLANNING & DESIGN

This service is for the bride who wants comprehensive support and expert planning and design guidance throughout the entire process in order to create an unforgettable event for her–and her guests!

Using this collaborative, unique approach our team is able to clearly communicate the vision behind every detail–to not only the client, but to each of the design vendors as well–ensuring that everyone involved is aesthetically aligned. This allows our brides to rest assured that everyone is on the same page and understands the vision for her big day.

The focus of this service is integrating custom design features and meaningful details to curate a seamless guest experience.  

Most of our clients customize this package to meet their exact needs.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

This service is for the bride who would prefer to manage everything throughout her planning journey, but wants to be sure that the only thing she has to worry about on her wedding day is saying “I do!”

Our “month-of coordination” package is more extensive than most planners because we want to ensure that our brides have an easy planning process–even when we are not working directly with them. In order to do this we gift our brides with the tools and expertise they need as they plan their big day, which allows for a flawless transition as we take over the to-do’s and make sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed.

A “month-of” bride is able to confidently hand things over to a trusted professional weeks before the wedding allowing themselves to be fully present in the days (and hours) leading up to “I do!”

Getting to know our couples “love story” is one of our favorite things about our job. Before we get into the hustle and bustle of wedding planning we love getting to know them on a more personal level. One of the first questions we ask is “how did you meet? “and “how did he propose” we absolutely love hearing about our couples love stories so we can truly understand them and their style.

Kind, patient, and fun loving. We truly appreciate every single vendor involved in the wedding process and love to work as a cohesive team with everyone from the venue to the DJ and everyone else in between to ensure a seamless day.

What makes our business stand out from other planners is:

We will go over and beyond the call of duty. There are very little things that we tell our couple that's not included in our “month of package.” Each package comes standard with one lead coordinator and an assistant, and we stay until the very end to pack up their belongings.

The Diamond Package is a budget package that is perfect for the client that wants to plan their own wedding or event but needs assistance on some items on their own terms and timeline.

The Ruby Package is a month of service only. It is designed for the client that is planning their own wedding and really only needs concierge service and wedding production during the final stages of the event.
